Other past roles include director of the Canadian Medical Association, president of the Hamilton Academy of Medicine, co-chair of the Virtual Care Working Group, and member of the Ontario Physician eHealth Council.

Over the last 30 years Mr. Butt has been involved in all aspects of prescription drug development clinical trials, and organizational design within the pharmaceutical and allied industries. Mr. Butt’’s experience with pharmaceutical drug development includes a broad spectrum of related activities from participation and leading international drug development teams, acting as key consultant on product development strategies, leading medical/clinical research departments, building research physician networks and acting as key liaison between Pharma and Investigators.

Marc Tytus has over 20 years experience leading digital projects with a specialization in healthcare and clinical trial recruitment. His experience in product management and marketing is diverse across industries, from unique film promotion strategies that led to partnership with Searchlight Pictures to his concept-to-launch delivery of a consumer electronic for an international nonprofit. He has a penchant for strong UI/UX having led the design and development of multiple cross-platform apps. Marc brings creativity, empathy, and experience when identifying opportunities within highly regulated and emerging industries. Mr. Mifsud co-founded the Missouri Star Quilt Company in 2008 and helped transform a small family business into a company 500 employees strong, bolstering a unique brick-and-mortar retail experience many call the ‘Disneyland of Quilting.’. In 2019, Mr. Mifsud co-founded Vivo Cura Health, a rapidly growing Calgary, Alberta-based multidisciplinary pain clinic with a mission of empowering people with muscle, bone and joint pain.

Mr. Carter is the Co-Founder and CEO of Team Fan Club, Inc., an organization that assists NCAA athletes with individual, and corporate sponsors, by monetizing media reach value through a group licensing agreement. Previously, Mr. Carter was president of Analytics for Coaches and CEO of The Carter Group, L.L.C. Prior to his successful business career, Mr. Carter served as the head coach for the NBA’s Toronto Raptors from 1998-2001, leading the team to its first playoff appearance in franchise history.
