Mr. Hugo is senior financial analyst at Marrelli Support Services Inc., providing CFO, accounting, regulatory compliance, and management advisory services to numerous issuers on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange and other Canadian and U.S. exchanges. Mr. Hugo is a CPA, CMA and he also holds a Bachelors of Commerce with Honors specializing in accounting and cost and management accounting from Potchefstroom University in South Africa. Mr. Hugo currently serves as the CFO for several CSE and TSX listed companies. Furthermore, he has over 20 years' experience in the mining and manufacturing sectors, with responsibility for accounting, budgeting and financial reporting.

Marc Tytus

Marc Tytus has over 20 years experience leading digital projects with a specialization in healthcare and clinical trial recruitment. His experience in product management and marketing is diverse across industries, from unique film promotion strategies that led to partnership with Searchlight Pictures to his concept-to-launch delivery of a consumer electronic for an international nonprofit. He has a penchant for strong UI/UX having led the design and development of multiple cross-platform apps. Marc brings creativity, empathy, and experience when identifying opportunities within highly regulated and emerging industries. You might also see Marc on screen as host of various Banty-produced virtual events.

Since 1997, Mr. Kordy has assisted numerous publicly traded companies in both Canada and the United States with their corporate communication, corporate disclosure, corporate financing, marketing and investor-relations endeavors. Mr. Kordy has successfully assisted several companies with their Canadian “go public” mandates.

Dr. Richard Tytus

Dr. Tytus is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University. He is currently a director of the Ontario Medical Association and sits on the national Virtual Medicine Task Force for clinical practice guidelines. In the 2019 Canadian Adult Obesity Clinical Practice Guidelines, Dr. Tytus authored the chapter titled, “Emerging Technologies and Virtual Medicine in Obesity Management”. Other past roles include director of the Canadian Medical Association, president of the Hamilton Academy of Medicine, co-chair of the Virtual Care Working Group, and member of the Ontario Physician eHealth Council.

Rodney Butt

Director of Clinical Trials
Over the last 30 years Mr. Butt has been involved in all aspects of prescription drug development clinical trials, and organizational design within the pharmaceutical and allied industries. Mr. Butt’’s experience with pharmaceutical drug development includes a broad spectrum of related activities from participation and leading international drug development teams, acting as key consultant on product development strategies, leading medical/clinical research departments, building research physician networks and acting as key liaison between Pharma and Investigators.

Dennis DiValentino

Director of Banty’s Walk-In Clinic
Dr. Dennis DiValentino maintains a private practice in an area designated as a Red Zone within the urban core of Hamilton. Dr. DiValentino is a delegate to OMA council, representing both District 4 and the Section of General and Family Practice. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University where he recently received the Preceptor Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Pre-Clerkship Medicine. In 2017, he received the Joule Award for Social Innovations (Canadian Medical Association) for the use of technology in the care of marginalized patients.

David Mifsud
